The white volume floats above a warm oak base, while the gently curved roof creates a subtle horizon line. Large windows bring daylight deep into the apartments and establish a continuous dialogue between interior life and the surrounding landscape. The architecture remains restrained and clear, allowing light, proportion, and material to shape the character of the building.
