Corner Hotel

Placed at the meeting point of movement and pause, this hotel stands beside the city’s bus station — a place where journeys begin and end. The building forms a calm architectural presence within the busy urban flow. Its clear geometry and repetitive vertical rhythm create order along the street while maintaining a quiet dialogue with the surrounding city fabric.

The façade is composed of slender brick piers and tall arched openings that frame light and depth. During the day the building appears solid and grounded; in the evening it becomes transparent, revealing a warm interior atmosphere behind the structured exterior grid. Light traces the upper edge of the volume, emphasizing its simple form against the sky.

The architecture aims for clarity rather than expression. The repetition of elements allows the building to feel both contemporary and familiar — rooted in the material character of the city while introducing a refined, modern rhythm.

Facing the intersection, the corner entrance acts as a gentle invitation for travelers arriving from the station. The hotel becomes not only a place of stay, but a quiet point of orientation within the movement of the city.

A simple structure.
A calm façade.
A moment of rest between journeys.
